Finally! What to do before you booze
We've all heard the wise old words, 'drink a pint of water before bed' or 'line your stomach with milk', but what really does make a difference when it comes to what you do before you head out for a boozy night?
Well over at Mens Fitness they've pulled together six tips to help you prevent a nasty hangover from the get-go. And it's all about the food and drink (non alcoholic) kind that will make the difference.

"BEFORE YOU ORDER that pitcher of beer or line up those shots, there are a few things you need to do to ensure you actually make it to work tomorrow (and can function on a relatively human level.) That's right, it's all fun and games until you wake up the next day dehydrated and cranky, wishing you had opted out of that last cerveza (or four.)
